condition of an item
I do my best to describe items accurately to the best of my knowledge, but due to the nature of vintage and secondhand it is easy to disagree on condition and age.
post & packing
The price you pay for an an item includes UK post and packing costs. For overseas costs please e-mail me before you buy. I post items 2nd class using new and recycled packaging materials. I always obtain a proof of posting. If you need an item quickly please let me know.
payment
If you are buying from the UK, I accept either cheque, uncrossed/crossed postal order or Paypal. If paying by cheque or postal order, please e-mail me prior to ordering to reserve, giving the item description and reference number. For overseas customers, I accept Paypal only. Sorry, no other means of payment can be accepted.
returns
If you are not happy with an item, please e-mail me as soon as possible. I will accept returns within 7 days of purchase at buyer's postage costs. The item must be as in the condition sent. Please obtain a proof of posting as I cannot be held responsible for the loss of an item during transit.
